As a pure white, seamless, sculptural volume, this exclusive and individual single-family home meets the high aesthetic and functional demands of the prominent client.
Always keeping the overall impression in mind, the architects designed the built-in objects and furniture, the outdoor space with ornamental pools and swimming pools, and the gardens especially for the building.
The purely functional building components were treated with the greatest attention: the most modern control, security and building services are integrated behind minimalist surfaces. The sun protection in front of the two-story glazed garden facade was specially developed for the building and enriches the transition from inside to outside with its movable screens. Equipped with a well heat pump, the building achieves energy class A+.

Siempre teniendo en cuenta el conjunto, los arquitectos diseñaron también, a medida para el edificio, los objetos y muebles del interior de la casa, así como todos los jardines y espacios exteriores.
Los componentes del edificio puramente funcionales fueron tratados con la mayor atención de modo que los servicios de control, seguridad e instalaciones de última tecnología están integrados detrás de superficies minimalistas. La protección solar frente a la fachada acristalada del jardín de dos pisos se desarrolló especialmente para el edificio y enriquece la transición del interior al exterior con sus pantallas móviles. Equipado con energía geotérmica, el edificio alcanza la calificación energética A+.
Als reinweißer, fugenloser und skulpturaler Baukörper wird dieses exklusive und individuelle Wohnhaus den hohen Ansprüchen eines prominenten Bauherrn gerecht.
Den Gesamteindruck immer im Auge behaltend wurden alle Einbaugegenstände und Möbel, der Außenraum mit Zier- und Schwimmbecken sowie die Gartenanlage von den Architekten speziell für das Gebäude entworfen.
Die funktionalen Gebäudekomponenten wurde mit größter Aufmerksamkeit behandelt: modernste Steuerungs-, Sicherheits- und Haustechniken sind hinter minimalistischen Oberflächen integriert. Der Sonnenschutz vor der zweigeschossig verglasten Gartenfassade ist speziell für das Gebäude entwickelt worden, und dosiert mit seinen beweglichen Schirmen den Übergang von innen nach außen. Mit Brunnen-Wärmepumpe ausgestattet erreicht das Gebäude die Energieklasse A+.
